The Monday night drill for March 10 saw TSFR personnel visiting our neighbors at the Western Berks FD, where personnel from Western Berks EMS provided a familiarization tour of a medic unit for fire service personnel. The training session, which was held at WBFD Station 1 in Wernersville, also included a demonstration of new equipment such as a new defibrillation unit that not only provides cardiac counter shock but also provides the capability of a live stream video stream which can be viewed by hospital medical staff.
